Out on my walk this morning with the dog. I stood in the same place and took both of these pictures of the Mourne Mountains.
I spent the day scanning old photographs onto my machine. So many forgotten faces. I found this old photo from an Iran Air Magazine. My mother must have kept it. I know four of the names and faces and that is all.
It was such a huge adventure to be working as an Air Hostess in Tehran, Iran.
The sunrise over Annalong Harbour this morning was so beautiful I had to run out and try to capture it. I was fortunate enough to catch one of the fishing vessels going out on the tide. You have to look closely to see it I’m afraid. I was so enchanted by the view that I ran out with my camera before having my first cup of tea of the day. That for me is HUGE, my poor dog is still in shock. She’s not used to me moving that quickly first thing in the morning. The first pot of tea is sacred but for a view like this, who wouldn’t be tempted.
